This simple kid-made ornament captures one of our favorite things about cold weather: hot chocolate!
One of our Christmas traditions is drinking hot chocolate while we trim our tree. Which made this simple hot chocolate ball ornament one of our favorite additions this year!

Cut the felt into a size that, scrunched up, will fit inside the ornament. We cut our felt into about a 4 by 6 rectangle. Open the fillable ornament, and scrunch the felt in. Place the white pompom “marshmallows” on top of the felt.
Then close up your ornament, tie it with the ribbon (I needed to help out with this step!). And the best part – let your kids hang it on the Christmas tree!
